HORTICULTURAL SELECTION COMMITTEE
July 18, 2013
A meeting was held by the Coe Memorial Park Horticultural Selection Committee in the Mayor’s Office on Thursday, July 18, 2013
Those in attendance included Mayor Ryan Bingham, Brett Simmons, Fran DuCotey, Pennie Zucco, Dan Lovallo, Marie Soliani, Judy Addazio, Mike Zaharek , Susan Coe Holbrook, Margaret Keywan, and Elinor Carbone.
Mayor Bingham called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm.
Motion was made to open the meeting.
A spreadsheet containing replies from bidders who did not respond to the bid invitation was distributed. Conversation ensued as to how to proceed with the bid process. After a lengthy discussion, it was decided that the 2008 RFP would be modified and sent out for rebid.
Motion was made at 6:30 to adjourn the meeting.
